ReaX™ Mastermixes are enhanced formulation PCR reagent beads which simplify PCR set-up. The beads are in a single dose format, pre-aliquoted into either a 96 well plate or into 8 or 12 well strips. Each ReaX bead contains: PCR buffer; Magnesium Chloride; dNTPs & Taq polymerase at final reaction concentrations. ReaX Mastermix beads are fully optimized for both end-point PCR and a range of qPCR chemistries.
