ReaX™ Assays are enhanced formulation PCR reagent beads which simplify PCR set-up. The beads are in a single dose format, pre-aliquoted into either a 96 well plate or into 8 or 12 well strips.

ReaX™Assay GAPDH

ReaX™ Assay GAPDH an enhanced formulation reagent mastermix bead for optimised for Real Time PCR detection of the housekeeping gene GAPDH. GAPDH bead contains all the reagents required to perform GAPDH amplification including an optimised GAPDH primer set, a GAPDH Taqman probe, reaction buffer, MgCl₂, dNTPs and Hot-Start polymerase. Only cDNA extract and water needs to be added to complete reaction. Amplification is confirmed using Taqman qPCR.

ReaX™Assay 16S

Each ReaX™Assay 16S bead contains all the reagents required to perform 16S rRNA gene amplification, including a high-performance Taq polymerase, dNTPs and primers (universal 16S rRNA gene-specific primers 27F and 907R). Only the addition of genomic DNA template is required. Amplification is confirmed using end point PCR.
